We exchanged many communications the month before to use PTY Transfers for both an airport pickup and drop off. They canceled less than 48 hours before we were due to land, on the basis of logistical issues on their part and because I hadn't paid a deposit. There was never any mention before this time of the trip not guaranteed when paying by cash. I scrambled and messaged Amber Moon Taxis who were able to help me, the trip was confirmed, I was picked up from the airport in a nice van, without issue, and I paid cash. PTY has not responded to any of my messages since the cancelation. Don't use this unreliable company, even if the price is good, you might be let down in the last minute.
